Vierlanderin Fountain Hamburg

The iron canopy is rusted through, the sandstone crumbling at all corners and ends: The "Vierländerin Fountain" expires at the market in hops at the Nikolai Church.

1876, the fountain was erected with the statue of a four-country market woman Meßberg. The sculptor Engelbert Pfeiffer had a statue of a typical Marktbeschickerin enchanting decorated and designed a fountain that served at the ducks as gargoyles.
